When will my order be shipped?

Our current processing time is 2-3 weeks with the delivery time added to this.

Where is my order?

All orders are sent out on a tracked service so once you get an email to let you know its been dispatched with a tracking number provided in the same email, customers will be able to follow the progress of their shipment.

If you have not received an email after the 3 weeks of processing time please check any spam or junk folders before emailing to inquire about your tracking information.

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?

You will receive a dispatch email letting you know that your order is on its way.

How do I know what size to purchase?

There is a size guide available on our website, we recommend measuring a sweatshirt you like the fit of that you already own and basing your choice off of that.

Can I exchange or return my order?

All our items are made to order so unfortunately orders cannot be exchanged or returned. Please make sure to check your order before confirming it by double checking colours and referencing the size guide if you're unsure of what size to get.

However, if there is an issue with your order please contact us within 7 days of arrival and we will do our best to sort it for you.

Do you do custom orders?

We are happy to talk about custom order ideas such as a change in thread or sweatshirt colour but we may not always be able fulfil requests but please contact us at borderrosedesigns@gmail.com
